Module

The sModule 5A/10V is a single channel module for the Ivium-n-Stat which allows ±5A / ±10V compliance and has a dedicated integrated impedance analyser for this channel. IviumSoft allows control of separate channels or all channels simultaneously with a synchronized start. The module is encased in a protective housing for easy handling, and users can upgrade the number of channels in the Ivium-n-Stat in a simple plug and play manner.

Safety

The compliance (maximum current or potential) of the channel can be defined by the operator (within the compliance of the module). Thus valuable samples may be protected, and unsafe situations prevented.

Expandibility

Each channel can be expanded with various modules, such as a power booster, multiplexer, etc. See our compatibility table for reference.

Hardware

  • Automatic current range selection: 10nA to 10A/10mV to 10V
  • Automatic variable noise filter and potentiostat/galvanostat stability settings
  • Simultaneous acquisition of current/potential and peripheral analog signals
  • Real time data display up to 500 pnts/s. Acquisition up to 100,000 pnts/s is stored in instrument memory
  • Applicable scanrates: 1µV/s to 10,000 V/s
  • Minimum interval time/resolution: 10µs
  • Result optimisation by automated tuned filters, gain amplifiers and DC-subtraction
  • User selectable floating operation
