Product description

The pingSens is a low cost, miniature wireless potentiostat which is the smallest electrochemical interface on the market. It is specifically designed for remote monitoring and has up to 5 months standalone operation without recharging*.  It is lightweight and has a sealed housing to which electrode connections are made via M3 connectors. The small size makes it ideally suited for process control applications, and embedding in or discretely placing on test objects. The wireless connection makes it perfect for hazardous environments, corrosion control at location, and in vivo medical applications. The low cost means that it is a match for multi-sensor networks, OEM products, education, and as a disposable solution. It is controlled via a Bluetooth LE connection from any netbook, laptop or PC that is Windows operated.

The pingSens is controlled via Ivium’s own IviumSoft. This versatile, yet intuitive software package allows instrument control, data management and analysis, etc. IviumSoft can also interface with and be controlled from LabVIEWTM, C++, Delphi, etc. A full suite of IviumSoft is included with each instrument as standard.
