Ivium Technologies was founded in 2001 and is based in the Netherlands.
Our mission is to provide the latest electronics and technology to electrochemical research and facilitate the advancement in science.

We develop and supply equipment for electrochemical research all over the world and we have grown to where we are today by combining modern design techniques and state-of-the-art components with efficient manufacture and swift customer service. Our dedication to developing solutions for electrochemical research has resulted in high performance instrumentation for a wide variety of applications. The cornerstone of our product range is a potentiostat/galvanostat platform that is available in a high power general-purpose device (IviumStat), and a low-power portable device (CompactStat).

Ivium Technologies is best known for its development of the CompactStatTM: the only true mobile potentiostat/galvanostat with built-in impedance analyzer on the market. It is powered directly from the USB port of a PC/laptop and does not need a power-cord.

Latest product

Our latest development is the MultiWE32:
The MultiWE32 is a multi-channel potentiostat unit that can control up to 32 working electrodes that share a single CE and RE. The potential is not multiplexed: it is applied simultaneously and continuously!
It is used in combination with either a CompactStatTM or an IviumStat and is developed especially to be used in micro and nano electrochemistry.

The MultiWE32 can be operated in 2 modes:
- Standard: independent fixed potential of each respective WE vs RE
- Scanning: E scans as the primary WE, with an independent offset potential of each respective WE

• Max. current per WE: +/-1 mA
• Programmable offset: +/-2V
• 0.125 mV resolution
